Apr 10, 2012 - I don't work there since they closed our department in 2007 to send the jobs we were all doing over seas with the rest of them, i was a Senior Technical support technician in the XPS dept in Nashville at the time and the sups were passing this one around to each other and i got a link too. couldn't believe the panamanian guy actually said the things he did, i know no one in Nashville in ANY dept would have! but FYI it's not fake, that really happened I saw the guy's account after the call
